After entering your phone number during registration, you'll receive an SMS with a verification code. Enter this code in the app to complete verification. If you don't receive the code, make sure your number is entered correctly and try requesting a new code.
Call drops can occur due to poor internet connection, network issues, or device limitations. Try these steps:
- Switch to a stronger Wi-Fi network or use mobile data
- Close other apps that might be using bandwidth
- Restart the ZuluApp
- Update to the latest version of the app
To create a group chat:
- Tap the 'New Chat' icon in the bottom right
- Select 'New Group'
- Add participants from your contacts
- Name your group and set a group photo (optional)
- Tap 'Create' to finish
Yes, ZuluApp is completely free for personal use. You can make unlimited voice and video calls, send messages, and share media without any charges. We may offer premium business features in the future, but core communication features will remain free.
To backup your chat history:
- Go to Settings > Chats > Chat Backup
- Tap 'Back Up Now' to create a backup
- Choose whether to include videos (this will increase backup size)
- Your backup will be saved to your connected cloud storage
You can also enable automatic backups in the same menu.
